About Us

The East Haddam Republican Town Committee is an organization of ordinary, hard-working East Haddam, Moodus, and Hadlyme residents who want to be a part of true change for the town of East Haddam and beyond.  We are committed to finding and electing top quality candidates who share our concerns, values, and will work for the common good of East Haddam. We are proud to say that we have largely been successful in this goal, by successfully electing these people to lead ALL town boards. The East Haddam RTC largely believes in and emphasizes fiscal responsibility, keeping spending low, preserving East Haddam's rural characteristic and open space, keeping taxes at a minimum, crime reduction and supporting vital town organizations and businesses. Meetings are usually held the third Thursday of each month at 7:30 at the Grange Hall (check the calendar before attending!). Independents or unaffiliated voters are also more than welcome to attend! Help make East Haddam a better town and community to live in by joining the Republican Town Committee.
